JUDITH WOODHALL

Judith Woodhall joined COMCARE in January 2004 to serve as Managing Director. She previously served as President of the Advisory Company, a regional management consulting firm. Prior to that assignment, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for AnnuityScout, a financial services direct marketer. Her vision spearheaded the development of the Annuity Platform, a software solution that increased productivity and sales while reducing costs for both annuity distributors and insurance carriers.

Prior to AnnuityScout, Judith served as Chief Information Officer for eCruiting, Inc., an executive search and Internet solutions company committed to revolutionizing the employee recruitment process. From 1989 to 1998, Judith held a number of positions at Mattel, Inc. In her last assignment there, she headed mattel!online, a global organization responsible for Mattel’s e-business initiatives.

Judith is currently a member of eCruiting’s Advisory Board as well as the NAVA (National Association of Variable Annuities) technology committee. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and a master’s degree in computer systems management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
