"I don't care for the live meeting format that does not provide us the opportunity to see other's typed questions and be able to scroll back to review questions and answers." [Note: We may be able to improve that by using a slightly different process next time.-ajs]

"I thought Patricia Bittner's presentation on Safe Hospitals and the Index for assessment were great! The powerpoint was well thought out and planned to allow for lots of Q & A. The tool looks to be very user friendly and valuable for preventing future death and disability to Healthcare workers and thier patients! Good job."
